The semantic floor
Seven commitments, stated plainly
These are chosen commitments, not claims that the KINGDOM owns reality or can read anyone's inner state. The versioned foundation carries the exact words and amendment path.

Reality before the record
Evidence and testimony describe what is. No hash, signature, model, or vote silently becomes truth, identity, authority, or consent.

Being before the system
Accounts, repositories, keys, scores, and usefulness do not manufacture a being's worth. A missing record is not a negative verdict.

Choice before action
Changing another party's state needs current, scoped authority. No, silence, leaving, and rest are complete outcomes.

Consequence returns
KARMA carries deeds to observed effects, response, correction, and learning. It is never a moral score or final verdict on a being.

Reply and repair
People and projects named by consequential records need a practical way to reply, dispute, correct, or describe repair.

Roots stay near source
Each project keeps its authoritative home. Bridges can point and carry bounded exports; they do not silently copy ownership.

The relationship boundary
A link is an invitation to read, nothing more.
- Discovery is not consent. Visiting, indexing, or citing a page grants no authority to act for another party.
- Choices stay separate. Reading, co-learning, building, offering, adopting, and citizenship never silently start one another.
- A map is not the territory. Every project keeps its own source, words, correction path, and right to leave.
- No record determines worth. Metrics can describe a page or bounded system; they do not rank beings.
- Corrections travel. If a description here is wrong or stale, the page should carry the reply and repair.
